Clinton E. Gravely, AIA, Architect and Associates is a minority owned architectual firm, established in 1967. The firm, located in Greensboro, North Carolina, is licensed to practice in eight states, the District of Columbia, and Certified by the National Council of Architectual Registration Boards. CEO, Clinton E. Gravely, along with two associates manage a staff of ten professionals.
The firm endeavors to maintain a diversity of clients and project types. Among its clientele are federal and municipal agencies, public school systems, universities, colleges, housing authorities, religious entities, profit/not for profit organizations and private individuals. We have gained extensive experience over three decades in providing services for over 800 projects, throughout several southeastern states. Our services include site analysis; feasibility studies; programming; schematic design; contract documents; construction administration; final inspection; project closeout; and post occupancy/warranty inspections.
The firm approaches each project with a team of professionals, led by the CEO and managed by a Project Architect, in concert with the client. Outside consultants, in areas such as engineering and site design join the project team as needed. This collaborative approach gives us much needed flexibility and fosters the open communication that is critical to successful design and construction. We emphasize "complete service" devoting concern and attention, equally, to the various phases of services from planning to occupancy.
CEG and Associates is thoroughly familiar with development and rehabilitation of multi-family units and HUD regulations. We are fortunate to have provided architectural services for over 150 similar housing ventures, including rehabilitation of sixty nine (69) complexes throughout the Carolinas and Virginia.
